Final Four Fashion

As many of you know, the Final Four is just around the corner!  It's the perfect season to be in a place like Kentucky, where the town basically shuts down during any UK game (basketball or even football)!  With UK in the Final Four (AGAIN!!) this year, I cannot wait until the games start!  While we anxiously await the tip off of the last four basketball teams left in the league, check out a few outfits I put together in each teams' honor.

Who said you have to wear the same drab university tee, jeans, and sneakers while you root for your favorite team during March Madness?!  Trade your manly tshirts and ripped up jeans for staple items in your team's colors this year and cheer them on in style.  And, a word from the wise, go ahead and throw your powdery-blue, orange, green, gold and red away while your at it.  : )  Cats all the way baby [read in your best Dicky V. voice]!!    

I'm outta here for now.  Gotta see how my brackets are holding up!

Spring is in the air here in Kentucky and I am enjoying every bit of it.  Nice weather just has a way of instantly brightening your day... even if you're stuck in an office all day!  Enjoy my spring-y picks of the day while I head outside for a quick run to soak up this nice weather! 

Rainy Day Blues

Not sure about you, but I'm not really liking this whole rainy-day weather gig we have going on in Kentucky.  Hopefully it will clear up soon enough.  In the meantime, grab a cup of hot cocoa, snuggle under a nice warm blanket, turn on your favorite chick-flick, and enjoy today's 'rainy-day blues' picks.  (I wish all of those were in my near future, but work and other duties are calling my name. bleh.)  Must... keep... moving.

I'm so excited for the beginning of fall. It's my absolute favorite time of year. Scarves, boots, leggings, and light jackets please! Hope you all have a great day! I'm anxiously awaiting the return of my husband who's been away on a business trip for a week... cannot wait!
